As we age, not only do we tend to move less, but we move less efficiently.
Training your body to move from the core out will help enhance your daily activities and increase your performance during workouts, as well.
By learning how to brace your core – or create core stiffness – you are enabling your body to be more supported by the spine and the smaller muscles. You will feel a difference in your stamina if you train this way. And you will learn how to move correctly so you don’t get injured.
Core stiffness also helps with balance!
