“Routines that strengthen muscles in our hips and glutes – which are essential for mobility, stability and balance – become especially important as we age” (Grayson Wickham, DPT, CSCS, physical therapist).
My client “Ron” wants to keep playing golf as long as possible.
My client “Sandy” wants to play with her grandchildren and attend their games.
My client “Sam” wants to stay independent as long as possible and increase cognition.
My client “Rosie” wants to stay independent, travel and go out with friends.
What do these clients all have in common? Living life to the fullest!
BUT – it doesn’t just happen.
We need to be proactive, We need to put in the time and effort.
One of my goals is to program exercises targeted to you. Your aspirations. Your limitations, Your fitness level.
Another goal is to program according to your real-life activities. What we practice in the gym should translate to your life outside the gym.
It should reduce fall risk, Make your activities of daily living easier.
And ultimately, increase your self-confidence.
