This is a sample cognitive plus physical workout for a Parkinson’s client. Using an app allows me to program and control the complexity and time intervals in order to challenge the client the ideal amount (not too frustrating, not too easy). Variables can be manipulated to increase the reaction time, cognitive load, and more.
